| grande qualidade de serviço e de atençao ao cliente.
desde a recepçao aos quartos, à educaçao dos empregados da piscina , é um hotel super recomendavel.
a praia é muito boa, larga, comprida, boa para nadar,a dois passos do bar Kudeta.
a vila de Seminyak está a 2 passos, com lojas e restaurantes. os passeios da vila é q têm de ser arranjados pq são de terceiro mundo e podem provocar quedas e pés torcidos. |

| Hotellet var det första lyxhotellet som byggdes i Seminyak (1971). Det är charmigt och byggt i Balinesiskt stil, alla rummen ligger i små villor i en grönskande park. De nya hotellen saknar mycket av charmen som man får på Oberoi.Det finns en stor swimmingpool belägen precis ovanför stranden vilket var perfekt eftersom stranden var skitig och havet gick inte att bada i eftersom det var för stora vågor.
Personalen är mycket serviceminded och uppmärksamma. Varje dag bjuder hotellet på frukt, sorbet och afternoon tea vid poolen samt i bland på dans- och teateruppvisningar. Vill du ha ett gammeldags, klassiskt lyxhotell så är detta perfekt.
Precis bredvid hotellet ligger Ku de ta en mycket läcker bar- och restaurang. Det är nära till affärer och restaurangen som kan rekommenderas. |

| Came here with a big group of friends recently. The staff we very accommodating and the hotel facilities were clean and spacious. Not to over the top and big private rooms. Close to everywhere you would want to go to. |

| The hotel is in a great loacation - secluded from the hustle and bustle of Bali. The service delivered by all of the staff was beyond expectations. The food at the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced for the quality. Rooms were very clean and a paper was delivered every morning along with complimentry fruit. There was also complimentary afternoon tea, yoga and entertainment. Overall we havd a very relaxing and pleasant stay thanks to the friendly staff who would go out of their way to meet any requests. We will certainly return to the Oberoi at some stage. |

| The internet pictures of the hotel do not do it justice. The hotel is fantastic and worth every penny. The grounds are spacious and lushly planted having retained much of the growth and the villas/Lanais are built amongst the tropical setting. The Lanai's are extremely private and exceptionally well maintained. No evidence of wear and tear anywhere in the room or bathroom. We also could not hear other guests in their Lanai, as the Lanai's are arranged in groups of 4. The bathroom has a sunken roman bath and a small planted courtyard with openable door - absolutely gorgeous. The king bed is oversized and extremely comfortable. Pillows and feather doona were superb. Free drinking water and a fresh fruit basket every day in the Lanai was also a great touch. The turn down service at night was virtually another room clean which was also another fabulous touch. The pool is not massive but it does not affect your enjoyment. There are always enough sun lounges and although the pool is busy you do not notice this at all. The pool service (ie the attendants make the beds for you, bring you cold water, cold face towel, sunscreen etc) is spot on. On most days afternoon tea is also served around the pool (complimentary) - tea, coffee, cake and a dessert (like chocolate pancake fingers or fried bananas). The food in all 3 restaurants is not cheap but is of outstanding quality and quantity. Breakfast (included) was al la carte rather than a buffet and was 3 courses. There is no shortage of food and 2nds encouraged. You can choose anything off the menu with the American breakfast. The service by all staff was outstanding. They remember your name, your preferences etc and it is genuine. The spa massages were fabulous (ask for Sukeri). The Oberoi is in a great spot as Seminyak is the new Legian and all the great restaurants are on your door step. Cannot rate the Oberoi highly enough. Have always wanted to stay here but have baulked at the price each time. It is definately worth it as |
